At Fantastic Caverns, we are in the business of creating memories. It takes more than just America’s Ride-Thru Cave to accomplish this… it takes people. A team of individuals ready to assist travelers during their visit. No matter the position, the ability to interact with visitors in a casual manner is a must.
All openings at Fantastic Caverns are part-time, seasonal positions. Due to the peaking nature of the travel industry, most start at the beginning of March and last through the end of October with a few continuing through the end of December. We open every day at 8:00 AM and potential staff members should be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fantastic Caverns is eligible to participate in an area-wide employee appreciation program. Most Springfield/Branson attractions and theaters participate - allowing the staff of Fantastic Caverns, along with their friends and family, to receive free admissions and discounted meals during their employment.
All positions start at $11.00 per hour and are available in the following departments… Caverns host, photographer, retail host, grounds maintenance, and public relations. We provide all of the necessary training… all you need is the desire to meet new people and make new memories.
